The Plymouth Literacy Program (PLP) is located in Plymouth, MA at the Plymouth Public Library, about one hour southeast of Boston. PLP is an adult education program funded by the MA DOE, and any resident 16+, who is no longer enrolled in school, is eligible. There are three classes offered: Skills Review, Pre-GED and GED. JFYNet supports the use of PLATO software that is used as supplemental material in these classes. The Plymouth Literacy Program was awarded a JFYNet Achievement Award June 2005.
