The majority of the students served were in the 11th grade that followed a customized curriculum developed by their ELA teacher with guidance from the JFYNet Site Coordinator, Peter Nelson. Several classes of 10th graders also used the program for ELA MCAS prep. A few special education classes used the program for math MCAS prep, close to the exam administration date. Class sizes were approximately 20 students. Lynn Classical was the first of the Lynn High Schools to adopt the JFYNet Academic Support Program in 2004 and has used the program to supplement both math and ELA instruction the last few years.
