Information Technology Specialist (PT)
The IT Specialist will maintain and support all agency technology including desktop and technical support, database management, support to administrative and program staff and students. Must have proven knowledge of MS networks, hardware configurations, productivity software applications including Access and SQL, office machines including fax and copiers. Salaries and benefits are competitive and commensurate with experience.
Requirements: Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, clients and vendors is essential. Bachelors or Associates degree and 3 years related experience minimum, with appropriate and current certifications.

The EAA will support the executive team and administrative operations. Grantwriter
Seeking an experienced, highly organized self-starter to help cultivate foundation relationships. Candidates should have impeccable writing and editing skills, the ability to communicate JFYNetWork’s programs to diverse donor audiences, and a proven track record securing foundation funding. The grantwriter will work with the Deputy Director to develop and submit foundation grants, and will conduct necessary research and follow-up work.
Requirements: BA/BS, 3-5 years grant writing experience, and facility with MS Word and Excel functionality. The position is part-time, 20 – 25 hours/week; days and hours can be flexible, but several consecutive days is preferred.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and track record.

JFYNet Program Manager
JFYNet is a statewide 40-site public school-based technology integration and academic support program. The Program Manager will manage and grow the JFYNet program, leading a small professional field team. In-state travel is required. JFYNet Site Coordinator /Science Specialist
JFYNet is a technology-based academic support program that helps schools and community agencies throughout the state use instructional technology to improve student performance in math, English and science. Now in its ninth year, JFYNet currently operates in more than 40 sites in 20 cities. JFYNet is a program of JFYNetWorks, a leading Boston-based non-profit education and workforce development organization.
As part of a program team, the JFYNet Site Coordinator develops science curriculum and instructional tools, and oversees, manages and supports the JFYNet program in partner schools.
Requirements:
This requires ongoing coordination at multiple locations, assisting teachers to integrate technology tools into the three curriculum areas and analyzing student performance. Proficiency at desktop support is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with technology, instructional and administrative staff. Required: own car and willingness to travel. BA/BS with minimum three years experience working in an educational setting using computers and related technology. Availability: full time during school hours.
Preferred: Masters degree, knowledge of Mass DOE initiatives, and experience teaching middle or high school.
